This is brand new event Cardiff Met are running in partnership with Santander. The event offers businesses the chance to find out about pathways to growth, specifically focusing on sourcing talent and upskilling workforces. The event will begin with an opportunity to network with other local businesses over breakfast. This will be followed by a panel of speakers covering various topics, including:

• Employability – In partnership with Santander, Cardiff Met offer a part funded internship scheme to SME’s. The speakers will talk about how you can access this scheme, as well as other areas of support such as Go Wales.
• Innovation – You will hear about how Cardiff Met can support you to apply for Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) and other part- funded collaborative projects, designed to stimulate innovation and growth in UK organisations.
• Up-Skilling – The speakers will present the Twenty20 business growth programme; the only Leadership Programme in Wales that supports businesses to improve leadership and management capability, drive innovation and achieve profitable and sustainable growth.
• Santander Breakthrough support services – Santander are passionate about helping ambitious businesses succeed and offer SME’s support to develop knowledge, increase connections and source finance. The team will be talking about their services and how you can access them.
