Bringing Innovation Together
Join healthcare leaders, researchers, academics, policymakers and industry partners for an exclusive symposium exploring how collaboration is transforming health, wellbeing and care across Wales.
Hosted at Canolfan Pentre Awel, a landmark development bringing together health, research, education, innovation and business, this event will showcase how partnerships are turning ideas into real-world impact for patients, communities and the wider economy.
Hear from Leaders Across Wales
The programme features keynote contributions from Professor Tom James, Head of Innovation, Strategy and Policy, Welsh Government, and Professor Leighton Phillips, Director of the TriTech Institute and Assistant Medical Director for Research & Innovation at Hywel Dda University Health Board.
Speakers from NHS Wales and leading universities will share practical examples of innovation in action, including:
- The Swansea Stroke Scale and its potential to improve stroke care pathways.
- Building digital resilience in healthcare and preparing for major incidents.
- Innovative approaches to prevention, wellbeing and menopause support.
- Research-led solutions to improve cardiovascular health within communities.
- New models for workforce development, education and community healthcare delivery.
