Our four new challenges are outlined below:
Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking Phase 1 innovative solutions that support reducing missed appointments and improving access to planned care. The challenge aims to help people overcome barriers to attendance, improve patient experience, and reduce inequalities through scalable solutions.
Looking for innovative solutions to improve assessment following a positive FIT (Faecal Immunochemical Test) result. Ideas that could enhance participant experience, increase accessibility, and support a more efficient screening pathway across Wales.
We are looking to transform rehabilitation, recovery and long-term support for stroke survivors across Wales through innovative solutions that improve outcomes, reduce feelings of abandonment and create lasting, sustainable change across Wales.
South Wales Police and its partners are looking for bold, practical ideas to transform how agencies protect people at highest risk of domestic abuse. This Phase 1 opportunity invites innovative organisations to explore more responsive, joined-up and sustainable approaches, using service redesign, digital tools, data or AI, to improve outcomes for victims across South Wales.
