GradCon Cymru is back. Wales’s biggest graduate careers event returns to DEPOT Cardiff on Tuesday 8 and Wednesday 9 September 2026. All MediWales members are eligible for 10% off exhibitor packages.

Last year, GradCon Cymru welcomed Welsh students from 43 UK universities, many from institutions you wouldn’t normally connect with, 90% of exhibitors said they’d highly recommend it. We’re aiming for over 1,000 candidates across the two days this year.

The event runs across two days. Tuesday 8th September is for general subject graduates and Wednesday 9th September for STEM, giving direct access to graduates ready to start work now, as well as students looking for placements and future graduate schemes. Exhibitors also receive a networking breakfast, professional photos of their stall for use in their own marketing, unlimited high-quality street food and barista coffee throughout the day, and on-site parking.
