Difficult staff behaviour can be a significant problem in any organisation.  Most people behave at work and get on with their colleagues.  However, problems can develop in the workplace if directors or other members of staff become hostile and exhibit persistent and obstructive behaviour towards colleagues and external suppliers.  Such behaviour can have a detrimental impact on staff morale and can prevent businesses from growing and pursuing their stated objectives.   Indeed, such behaviour could lead to the loss of business and a total breakdown in relationships between employees and/or board members.

Business Immigration
The Government is getting tough on employers who employ illegal migrants in their businesses.   The sanctions for employing illegal workers range from a £20,000 fine per illegal worker, through to imprisonment.  Employers therefore need to ensure that they know what they need to be doing and that they do things correctly.
