The next Supply Chain Special Interest Group (SIG) will take place on Thursday 9 July and the theme for this SIG is Serialisation, UDI and anti-counterfeiting.

There are major changes on product identification that have either been enacted or will impact on the Medical Technology sector in the near future. At this SIG we have experienced speakers talking on:

• Anti-counterfeiting
• Falsified Medicines
• Serialisation
• Unique Device Identifiers (UDI)

The SIG will also provide delegates with practical advice on GS1 and how all of these topics are relevant to NHS eProcurement.
