NVI Wales: User Experience Design – Creating Great Products and Services

20.01.2016 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Building a solid knowledge of your users is integral to the success of any product or service. User experience design is a process of enhancing user satisfaction, gathering and applying insight to create better products for your users. It has the power to turn something that is merely usable, into something that people can’t wait to use.

During this 2 hour lunch session we will introduce the foundations of how to include user needs into the development of any product or service. We will outline the concept of user experience, present methods to gather user feedback and highlight how to incorporate the user needs into the design and development processes.

From this session, you will be able to go back into your business and:

  • Take away an understanding of the core concepts in User Experience Design.
  • Employ lightweight user research methods to gather feedback.
  • Convert the user feedback into tangible requirements and designs.

Times: 12pm – 2pm (light buffet lunch provided)
