Forte Medical have launched their National Patient Survey exploring the impact of UTI and antibiotic prescribing in women’s health.
The survey is anonymous and you have the opportunity to include your views, experiences and commentary which is valuable to Forte Medical and the NHS as it strives to save money and reduce unnecessary prescribing.
