Tech Talent Cymru is now open to Welsh employers
Tech Talent Cymru connects Welsh SMEs with trained graduates in AI or Cyber Security. Funded by the UK Government, it gives businesses practical support with digital transformation and cyber resilience, and gives graduates a meaningful first step into the sector without needing to leave Wales.
For employers, that means:
- A graduate matched to their business, with relevant degrees or experience in AI or Cyber Security
- Over £3,000 towards salary costs
- Fully funded and managed payroll
- Funded training and a dedicated mentor throughout the placement
