NVI Wales is running a day of free one to one Growth Clinics, for Life Science and Tech start-ups & SMEs. Places are limited and pre-booking is essential.

Early stage businesses often begin with a great piece of technology or a great commercial proposition, or both. They start to get some traction, but then to grow further the business needs to:

• Handle more customers
• Develop more product
• Support a wider geography
• Employ more people

These things require new organisational skills which have not been needed previously, and it is these challenges that this session will address.

Bring along your growth, organisation, people and process issues for one hour of complementary advice from an expert. Discuss the specifics of your business and the pain points that you experience, and learn ways to overcome them.

Sessions last one hour with the following time slots available:
