For our first lunch, our speaker will be Phil Davies, owner and Chief Executive of Hospital Innovations. Founded in 2008, Hospital Innovations is a forerunner in the supply of specialist products for use in orthopaedic, surgical and corrective procedures. Phil’s career started 35 years ago when he joined Johnson & Johnson Orthopaedics in 1983, going on to hold a number of senior positions in Sales and Marketing with national, European and international responsibilities. In 2008, with his own investment, Phil set up Hospital Innovations Limited. In less than 10 years, the company has expanded from two employees to 41 and last year reached an annual turnover of £8 million.
