The Cost
The Welsh Government is supporting* companies to take part in this export market visit. For this event, you can attend either as a co-exhibitor or as a visitor:

Exhibitor  – The cost to exhibit is either £5,000* for a large stand or £3,800for a pod stand. This includes:

•    Return UK flights
•    In market transfers (if travelling both ways with the Group)
•    6 nights’ accommodation (including breakfast)
•    Exhibition pass
•    Exhibition stand and exhibition Registration and access to the online portal

This offer is available for two  representative per company.

Visitor: This is £1,300.00*. This includes:

•    Return flights
•    In market transfers (if travelling both ways with the Group)
•    6 nights’ accommodation (including breakfast)
•    WXH Dubai Entry pass

This offer is available for one representative per company.
