MediWales Innovation Awards 2012 – Sponsorship Opportunities
MediWales’ 7th Innovation Awards competition and celebratory dinner is taking place on Tuesday 11th December 2012 at Cardiff’s City Hall for all award winners, sponsors and MediWales members who wish to attend.
The Innovation Awards are a chance to celebrate the successes and advances of life science companies and the NHS in Wales. If you have not registered your attendance at the Awards dinner already, please do so at your earliest convenience.
Headline Sponsor: £10,000(+VAT)
Tailor made package to the specifications of the client including a prominent role in the new Welsh Life Science film 2012
Event Sponsor: £1850 (+VAT)
As an Event Sponsor:
• Your company will feature in the new Welsh Life Science Film 2012
• You will feature in the December e-newsletter, MediWales’ The Review magazine
• You will be named in all press release material, including editorial in the Wales Business Insider
• Your company logo will feature in awards promotions including articles; dinner menus; and on all prize winners’ certificates
• You will have the opportunity to exhibit during the evening
• You will receive four extra dinner places (two automatically given as part of MediWales membership)
Prize Sponsor: £585 (+VAT)
• 5 Industry prize sponsors under the categories: Innovation, Export Achievement, Start-up, Outstanding Achievement, Partnership with the NHS/Academia
As a Prize Sponsor:
• Your company logo will feature throughout the award winner’s video
• You will be mentioned in PR regarding prize winners and categories
• Your logo will be placed on menus; the corresponding prize certificate; and in MediWales’ The Review article
• You will have the opportunity to exhibit in the champagne reception area
Table of 10 persons: members: £795, non members: £1080 (+VAT)
• You will receive 10 dinner places normally priced at £120 (+VAT) each
The 10 places are inclusive of two complimentary places received by member organisations and prize winners.
Member organisations and prize winners receive 2 complimentary dinner places; additional places are priced at £120 (+VAT).
