Medica 2014

Applications for exhibitors and visitors with the Welsh Government Trade Mission at Medica 2014 are now open. The closing date for exhibitor applications is Friday 6th June 2014, and for visitor applications is Friday 8 August 2014.

 

This year Medica will take place from 12 – 15 November 2014 in Dusseldorf, Germany

Following on from last year’s successful mission, as well as having a presence in both the International Hall and Diagnostics Hall, Welsh Government will have a larger presence in the International Hall, will be holding a reception to which delegates can invite their contacts, and have secured one hotel ship to accommodate the mission (subject to numbers).

As with last year three packages are on offer:

 

Package A – Exhibitors (maximum of 2 delegates per company) – £3,210.00

For two people: Return flights and in market transfers (two-way); 5 nights accommodation (with breakfast); exhibition registration, stand package (3x2m), catalogue entry, 4 day exhibitor pass

Package B – 4 Day Visitor (maximum of 1 delegate per company) – £640.00

Return flights and in market transfers (one way); 4 nights accommodation (with breakfast); 4 day visitor pass

Package C – 2 Day Visitor (maximum of 1 delegate per company) – £520.00

Return flights and in market transfers (one way); 3 nights accommodation (with breakfast); 2 day visitor pass

 

These prices include 50% support for Welsh companies. Non-commercial organisations do not receive this support and will pay the full price, as will any additional delegates. Only two exhibitors or one visitor per organisation will be guaranteed a flight/accommodation. If additional delegates are required, they will be put on a reserve list and attendance confirmed following the closing date for visitor applications.

If you were a member of last year’s Medica Trade Mission delegation, then please also fill in the Record of Business Secured form. This will form part of your application and will be used to prioritise participants in the event of over-subscription.
