Event details:
The Impact of Changes to the Public Procurement Directives
The Council of the European Union has accepted changes to the existing public procurement directives.
This marks the most significant reform of public procurement law since 2004. Though Member States will have up to two years in which they must implement changes, the UK Government has indicated that it intends to implement as soon as possible. Possibly as early as September 2014.
To ensure your organisation is ready for these new rules ABHI, in partnership with CMS Cameron McKenna, will be hosting this seminar to highlight the key changes and their impact on industry.
