Innovation
Sir Ian Carruthers will discuss the recommendations of the NHS Chief Executive’s Innovation Report, how they will be implemented and what this means for the NHS and industry.

Minimising clinical variation
Professor Sir Muir Gray will present on the objectives and outcomes of the QIPP Right Care workstream, especially the importance of reducing clinical variation across the NHS. He will be joined by panellists including Peter Kay (British Orthopaedic Association) and Mirella Marlow (NICE) to discuss the NHS’s approach to clinical variation.

Commissioning
