The talks will cover important aspects for protecting your inventions, ranging from the basics such as what can be patented and how best to go about obtaining protection to more advanced topics such as maximising the length of protection using follow-on patents and supplementary protection certificates (SPCs). The session also covers topics such as strategic planning for Intellectual Property (IP) protection and how to deal with your competitors’ IP that may affect your business.
