CHI+MED Swansea Summer

This August in Swansea, CHI+MED (Computer Human Interaction for MEdical Devices) is bringing together manufacturers, trainers and users of medical devices to tackle issues on device design, human factors engineering, effective medical device training and preventable medical errors.

This highly interactive workshop (one out of a series of CHI+MED workshops) aims for establishing dialogues amongst stakeholders of medical devices; to share views and concerns regarding to the design and development of medical devices and their training materials; to learn from successful practices; to propose potential collaborative working framework; and to investigate how to improve future design by enhancing user involvement.
