Briefing event for R&D Funding Call “Advancing regenerative medicines and cell therapies”.

The Technology Strategy Board and the Welsh Government will be running a Collaborative R&D Grant Briefing in The Cardiff Marriott Hotel on 11/06/14. The Call to be discussed is the £8m Advancing regenerative medicines and cell therapies Call.

The Technology Strategy Board and the Welsh Government are to invest up to £8m in single-company and collaborative R&D projects to support the UK’s burgeoning regenerative medicine and cell therapy industry. The purpose of the event is to brief interested companies on the process and scope of the Call and will also include a segment on Catapult technology and innovation Centres.

Requests for a Slot in the Formal Networking should be submitted by 04/06/14 to simon.cooper@wales.gsi.gov.uk.

The event will include a Buffet Lunch and light refreshments.
