Creating a Step-Change in Drug Delivery Systems – Future technologies and novel approaches for next generation medicines.

Increasingly, the development of drugs and delivery systems are being integrated to optimize the efficacy of therapies. Whilst increasing market sensitivity to clinical outcomes and healthcare, costs are driving the need for alternative drug delivery systems.

“Creating a Step-change in Drug Delivery Systems”, delivered by the HealthTech & Medicines KTN Drug Delivery Official Group, will take place at BioCity Nottingham on Thursday 2 May at 09h30.

The event will focus on gaining an understanding of how companies with novel emerging technologies are dealing with the convergence of drug development and delivery methods. Some of the key regulatory challenges that combination products and novel drugs face will also be provided by the MHRA.
