Cwm Taf Local Health Board Research & Development Conference





 

Cwm Taf Health Board will hold their annual Research & Development Conference on the 19th October 2011. This event, attended by approximately 100 delegates, provides Cwm Taf with the opportunity to showcase their high quality research.

Delegates include colleagues from both within and outside the NHS, including healthcare professionals, academics and policy leads. There will be networking opportunities, where information and ideas can be shared for future research and development.

Programme Outline

Registration: 10:30am

Pre-lunch session: 11:00am with keynotes Professor Chris Butler, Head of Department of Primary Care and Public Health, and Professor Sir Mansel Aylward, Chair of Public Health Wales, followed by 3 presentations  

Buffet lunch: 1:00pm-2:00pm

Further presentations: 2.00pm to 4.00pm

There will also be an opportunity throughout the day for all attendees to review poster presentations demonstrating the high quality collaborative Research & Development being undertaken across the Local Health Board by all professions.
