Organisational activities envisaged to accrue particular benefits from HPC include:

- Simulations
- Data storage & analysis
- Data mining
The aims of this consultative workshop are:
- Raising awareness amongst prospective user organisations and discussing potential applications.
- Determining how business will engage with and be part of the development of HPC Wales, at both strategic and operational levels. HPC Wales will also be looking for companies who will be early adopters of high performance computing to be used as case studies in future promotional activities.
- Identifying the services which businesses will want and how to best approach them to market those services.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note: This workshop will form an element of an ‘Advanced Manufacturing and ICT’ day at OpTIC Technium.
