The case study-led event looks at a real-life example of a business lifecycle, from raising finance and receiving investment to reviewing strategic options, preparing for sale and how to achieve maximum value while also considering how to minimise associated risk and avoid potential pitfalls.

The session will cover:

• How to ensure solid fundamentals are in place throughout the lifecycle of the business – inception, growth and exit;
• Funding and investment for growth;
• Exit strategy and valuation and exit options i.e., trade or PE sale, Management buyout of Employee Ownership Trust.
