The Cost
The Welsh Government is supporting companies to take part in this export market visit. For this event, you can attend either as a co-exhibitor or as a visitor:

Exhibitor – the cost to exhibit is either £4,200 for a large stand or £3,000 for a pod.

• 4 nights accommodation including breakfast (Sunday – Thursday)
• 4 day Medica exhibition pass
• Exhibition stand and exhibition registrations
• Online/catalogue entry
• Attendance at in-market events
• Inclusion in any marketing material

This offer is available for two representatives per company.

Visitor – the cost is £900. This includes:

• Return flights and in-market transfers (one way)
• 4 nights accommodation including breakfast (Sunday – Thursday)
• 3 day Medica visitor pass
• Attendance at in-market events
• Inclusion in any marketing material

This offer is available for one representative per company.

Arrangement of Meetings
If you would like to maximise your time at the event, we can offer support for a programme of 3-4 meetings to be arranged for you by one of our business consultants. This service is available from £500.

Please note, if you would like this support, then you must submit your application 10 weeks before the export market visit or exhibition departs.

If your application is submitted after 5 September 2025, then we cannot guarantee that there is sufficient time to effectively provide this additional support.
