Join us on 18-19th July for this engaging networking event exploring opportunities for collaborative natural product research in pharmaceuticals, cosmeceuticals, & the food industry. 

The event focusses on establishing consortia of interdisciplinary expertise & innovative tools to fast track the research translation to the development of novel products and services. 

The event will focus on the following key themes led by internationally recognized academics, industry representatives and public/policy representatives. 

1. Bioprospecting for new bioactive molecules from underexploited aquatic and terrestrial sources 

2. Natural products – from (Bio)synthesis to application: Extraction, purification & structure 

elucidation, biosynthesis & synthesis of bioactive compounds 

3. Current & future platforms for biodiscovery and bioactivity screening& Animal and non- 

animal testing systems 

4. Computational modelling and artificial intelligence approaches for natural product 

research 

5. Application technologies & Success stories (Start-Ups & collaborative Networks) 

6. MASI Interactive workshop – consumer perspective on Natural Products
