On the 16th of February 2022 MediWales hosted a skills and recruitment special interest meeting to discuss the issues faced by the sector in skills and recruitment. A group of companies, universities and education programmes got together and had a discussion about how we can implement change in the sector. The conversation showed that we have a lot more to discuss, therefore MediWales will be hosting a skills and recruitment workshop on the 29th of April (TBC). The workshop will be an opportunity to hear from the stakeholders involved and to continue discussions surrounding opportunities for improvement.
