CCRA has booked a group of stands for this event. The EuroMeeting attracts more than 3,000 professionals from over 50 countries. It brings together professionals from the biopharmaceutical industry, contract service organisations, clinical research, regulatory agencies, health ministries, patients’ organisations and universities.
It is envisaged that the event will include a UK reception hosted by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Denmark on Tuesday 27th March.

SMEs that satisfy the eligibility criteria will receive a UKTI TAP support grant of £1000 towards the cost of exhibiting at this meeting. CCRA will co-ordinate freight and offer help with VAT recovery. There will be a management fee payable to CCRA to cover our time pre, during and post the event in delivering these services to you, of £220 + VAT (CCRA Members) or £330 + VAT (non-members).

Booth Rental Fees

The cost of a 3m x 3m booth space is €4,650 and includes: –

• One (1) complimentary full-meeting registration
• Three (3) complimentary booth personnel registrations
• Pre-fitted shell scheme booth structure
• Carpet
• One (1) table
• Three (3) chairs
• One (1) standard electrical supply
• One (1) wastebasket
