Eakin Surgical is a therapy area of Eakin Healthcare – a family-owned business based in Northern Ireland, manufacturing and supplying medical devices for ostomy, wound, respiratory and surgical needs.

As a manufacturer of single use instruments, we help clinicians protect patients by providing assurances of instrument performance and sterility. Since our establishment in 2001, our mission has been to deliver improved surgical outcomes through our Single Use Surgical Professional range.

We are proud to be an NHS and HSE trusted supplier in the UK, with our manufacturing facility based in Cardiff, South Wales. We work closely with the Welsh Government, promoting our products worldwide at prestigious exhibitions such as Medica and Arab Health.

Our solutions have been designed in response to growing concerns over the cleaning of reusable fine lumen instruments – which are associated with high risks of patient-to-patient cross-infection.
