Creo Complete Purchase Of Freehold Site For £4.25M

Creo complete purchase of freehold site for £4.25m

Creo Medical Group has completed the freehold purchase of its Chepstow headquarters and an adjacent site.

The medical device company, which focuses on the emerging field of surgical endoscopy, has secured the site from the original developer Fastnet Property Investments Ltd.

Creo exchanged contracts to acquire the freehold interest for its headquarters and the adjacent plot in June.

Creo House has current total capacity of approximately 18,000 sq ft and the nearby land, subject to receiving planning permission, will provide an additional 16,000 sq ft of space.

This additional capacity will support Creo’s commercial, operational and logistic footprint across Europe following the acquisition of Albyn Medical in July and Boucart Medical in November 2020.

The space will also provide extra manufacturing capacity for the commercial roll-out of the full range of products from the Creo GI (gastro-intestinal) suite of advanced energy devices.

This complements the company’s CROMA Advanced Energy Platform and Speedboat device for use in gastrointestinal therapeutic endoscopy.
