Funding opportunity: i4i FAST – April 2026

The NIHR Invention for Innovation (i4i) Funding At the Speed of Translation (FAST) programme, in partnership with NIHR HealthTech Research Centre Network, invites applications to support real-world integration of preventative technologies into the workflow of community care settings, such as Neighbourhood Health Hubs, Community Diagnostic Centres, community pharmacies or outreach/mobile services.

This funding opportunity provides the critical bridge for proven technologies in a community/primary care setting (TRL5) to move beyond standalone pilots and become embedded, interoperable components in community care.

Awards made under FAST April 2026 may receive between £50k to £100k of funding for 6 to 12 months.
